Version 0.1.4 out with some bug fixes and improvements

After some pause, the development continues. In version 0.1.4 some bugs were fixed.
Here is small patch note for the release of 0.1.4:
Fixed:
HiDPI monitors support- Deleting the last used image now causes return to the default example instead of freezing the app
- Linux and Mac builds fixed
Improved:
- Error message popups
- Tooltip hints to most UI elements
- Minor Ui improvements
